ASCEND is an intensive workshop for Leadership Development, centered on self-awareness led self-mastery for First Time Managers or Emerging Leaders.

Through assessment tools for evaluating Emotional Intelligence, uncovering communication patterns, decision making styles, and leadership traits, Leaders gain awareness on their core traits and how to leverage their key strengths to influence their teams to align with important outcomes.

As part of the program, Leaders build on skills for change management, conflict resolution, building collaborative teams, influencing, and vital conversations.
